The pattern of the printing plate is deep, and the material of the rubber roller needs to be harder; The pattern of the printing plate is light, and the material of the rubber roller needs to be soft. For fast printing speed, the material of the impression rubber roller needs to be harder, and for slow printing speed, the impression rubber roller with softer material needs to be selected

c, ink supply system

in order to ensure the smooth progress of printing and the consistency of ink color of printed matter, the ink supply system of the printing machine must have a good circulation and keep the ink flowing all the time

(1) always maintain the consistency of ink viscosity, measure regularly and add solvent regularly

(2) new and old inks should be mixed in proportion. Use compound solvents. Prevent the proportion imbalance of ink components, precipitation and anti coarseness

(3) it is best to use an ink pump and an ink stirring stick for ink circulation. Note that the ink bucket should not be too large and the size of the ink tank should be moderate

d, drying oven

one of the keys to improve the speed of e-mouth brush is the effect of the oven. The ink is dried by hot air, not by heating. And the higher the heat, the harder it is to dry the ink on the printed matter. Why? First of all, the temperature is too high, which will make the ink surface film. Cause the false drying phenomenon of surface drying and internal drying: secondly, the low boiling point solvent in the ink volatilizes prematurely, the high boiling point solvent remains, and the drying speed slows down. Then it is required that the air in the drying box should be greater than the heat, and the temperature should be 40-50 degrees. The air cannot be directly blown on the film, and the heat cannot be directly baked on the film surface. It should have good ventilation, and cannot run to the printing plate and ink tank. The drying box has better secondary air return performance. It is necessary to effectively prevent false dryness of printed matter and infection with bad smell
